Graduating from the Bikram Teacher Training course in the spring of 2006 left me hungry for a deeper comprehension of the human body and and its inner workings. In search of such awareness, I enrolled at The Swedish Institute in 2008 and — three years later — achieved my goal of becoming a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of my company, Deep Root Yoga & Massage. Since 2013, I’ve been studying under Gil Hedley, PhD in his world-renowned Somanautics Workshops anatomy labs.
