  1. Every Bikram Yoga class is 90 minutes in duration. Please find a time of day when you are able to commit to the entire class. Late admittance and early departures are not permitted. Class begins promptly at the time listed.

  1. If it’s your first time, show up at the studio about 30 minutes prior to the start of class so that you can fill out paper work and get acquainted with the locker rooms and the studio itself.

  1. For every class you'll need a yoga mat, two towels (one for the class and another for the shower,) and water.

  1. You should not eat anything at least 2 - 4 hours before the start of class. If you take an early morning class and generally need to eat breakfast before you can function, you should eat an hour or so before...something light: maybe a banana. If you're not going to be awake that early, you might want to go to class on an empty stomach. If you’re taking a class in the afternoon or evening, drink plenty of water both the night before and over the course of the day (but stop drinking about an hour to an hour and a half before class so that you don't have to pee during class.)

  1. Be prepared to work hard and sweat during the 90 minutes. You aren’t expected to do every posture perfectly but you are expected remain in the room for the full 90 minutes.
